Your new NBT Bank VISA® Debit Card is being mailed and it should arrive soon.

You will be able to activate your new card, but it will not be ready to use for purchases or payments until after 6:30 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023. For security purposes, after the merger, you can shred your Salisbury Bank Mastercard® Debit Card

Salisbury branches will be open until 4:00 p.m.

Access to Salisbury’s e-Banking will be available until 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 11, 2023. You can begin using NBT Bank’s Digital Banking mid-morning on Monday, August 14, 2023.

Any time after 6:30 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023, you can begin using your NBT Bank VISA® Debit Card. Your Salisbury Bank Mastercard® Debit Card will be deactivated on Monday, August 14 at 9:00 a.m.

All Salisbury Bank offices will be closed for business as we transition branches to NBT Bank.

As noted above, you can begin using your NBT Bank VISA® Debit Card any time after 6:30 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023. Your Salisbury Bank Mastercard® Debit Card will be deactivated on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.

All Salisbury branches will open as NBT Bank offices at their regular business hours.

As noted above, begin using your NBT Bank VISA® Debit Card any time after 6:30 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2023. Your Salisbury Bank Mastercard® Debit Card will be deactivated on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.
