You can sign up for recurring automated payments to pay on your due date via secure online form. You will need your loan account number.

Yes, by calling 800-628-2265. If you want to change the due date within the first 90 days, you can do so at no additional charge (although there may be additional interest charged). After 90 days, you may change the due date, but there may be an additional charge.
