We have enacted several measures for Small Business and Commercial Banking customers listed below. Customers are encouraged to use online banking services that enable remote access and support social distancing during this extraordinary time.

CARES Act Paycheck Protection Program

Congress signed into law the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES Act), which contains several programs, including the Paycheck Protection Program, to provide emergency assistance for small businesses impacted by COVID-19.

These programs are administered by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Small Business Customers

  • We have temporarily increased daily limits for mobile deposits.
  • We are temporarily waiving the following: late fees on loans; excessive activity fees on savings and money market accounts; and penalties for early CD withdrawals up to $20,000.
  • We are streamlining processes to help you with your financial needs.
  • We have developed programs to provide relief through working capital lines of credit and payment deferrals. To make a request, please contact our COVID-19 Customer Relief Line at 1-888-235-2881.

Commercial Banking Customers

  • Our commercial banking relationship managers are ready and able to work with customers to provide relief to those under pressure at this time through working capital lines of credit and payment deferrals. Please contact your relationship manager directly for assistance.
  • We are streamlining our processes to ensure customers have the tools necessary to manage cash flow efficiently, and we have temporarily increased our mobile deposit limits.
