BINGHAMTON, NY (June 27, 2016) – NBT Bank Greater Binghamton Regional President Jeff Lake is pleased to announce that Lois Mooney, branch manager of the bank’s Johnson City and Binghamton Eastside Offices, has been promoted to assistant vice president.
Mooney has 18 years of retail banking experience. She joined NBT Bank in 1999 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility. In 2011, Mooney was promoted to branch manager of the bank’s Johnson City office. Recently, she accepted the responsibility of also managing NBT Bank’s Binghamton East location. Previous positions include assistant branch manager of NBT’s Johnson City Office and teller supervisor at the bank’s Endicott Office. Before joining NBT Bank, she held supervisory positions with HSBC Bank and Citizens Bank in Binghamton.

A resident of Binghamton, Mooney has completed professional development courses at SUNY Broome. She serves as treasurer of the Parent Teachers Association at East Middle School in Binghamton and is a member of the United Way of Broome County’s Emerging Leaders Society.
