NORWICH, NY (October 21, 2016) – NBT Bank Chief Credit Officer Amy Wiles announced that Cleave Snow has been hired as vice president in the bank’s credit administration division. In this position, Snow will support NBT Bank’s commercial and agricultural lending teams.
Snow has 30 years of banking experience. Before joining NBT Bank, he was employed by Key Bank in Syracuse serving as senior vice president and district credit officer for nine years and, prior to that, as vice president and credit officer for eight years. Previously, he worked for CoBank in Springfield, Mass, as a commercial portfolio manager.

A resident of Tully, Snow earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in agricultural education at Cornell University and master’s degree in agricultural economics at Purdue University.
