NORWICH, NY (November 9, 2017) – NBT Bank Executive Vice President and Chief Ethics/Human Resources Officer Catherine Scarlett announced that Karen Bolcavage-Colosi joined NBT as vice president and director of total rewards. In her new position, Bolcavage-Colosi has responsibility for overseeing NBT’s benefits and compensation programs.
Bolcavage-Colosi has an extensive background in human resources, finance and accounting. Before joining NBT, she provided consulting services in the areas of financial and business analysis and project management. Prior to that, she worked for HP Hood LLC and its predecessor Crowley Foods in management positions in financial reporting, accounting and human resources.
Bolcavage-Colosi earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and completed the Leadership Development Program offered by the Center for Creative Leadership. She is a member of the Windsor Central School District Audit Committee.
