(January 26, 2012) – NBT Bank Massachusetts Area Manager Daniel Kinney announced that the bank will expand its presence in February with the opening of a fifth Berkshire County office in Lenox.NBT Bank of Lenox will be located at 2 Holmes Road. The former Legacy Banks branch is scheduled to open as a full-service NBT Bank branch in February 2012 and will include a full service drive-up lane, night depository facilities and a 24-hour ATM. The 24-hour ATM is currently operational. The office will be managed by John Bortolotto who will be transferring from NBT Bank of Lee. Kinney is based at the Lee office and will oversee activities at that location with the support of Assistant Branch Manager Rebecca Martin. “We are excited to continue to expand NBT Bank’s presence in Massachusetts,” Kinney said. “We offer a unique brand of community banking that has been well received in Berkshire County, and look forward to bringing it to Lenox.” NBT Bank offers personal banking, asset management and business services through a network of 131 banking locations in four states.
