NBT Bank Promotes Vadella to Assistant Vice President
SCRANTON, PA (August 6, 2014) – NBT Bank President of Retail Sales David Raven announced that Business Development Officer Ann Vadella has been promoted to assistant vice president. She is responsible for managing branch sales, customer service and operations in the bank’s Lackawanna Region.
Vadella has 31 years of retail banking experience. Before joining NBT Bank in 2011, she was employed by Community Bank and Trust Company. Prior to that, she was a branch manager at Pennstar Bank, formerly a division of NBT Bank.

She has also completed numerous American Institute of Banking professional development courses. Active in her local community, Vadella is a member and past president of the Carbondale Kiwanis. Additional community service includes membership in the Carbondale Community Development Group, Carbondale Area Elementary Parent Teachers Association and Carbondale Clock Restoration Committee. She also volunteers with the Carbondale Junior Chargers Football Organization.
