NORWICH, N.Y. (October 31, 2011) – NBT Bank Greater Binghamton Regional President Jeff Lake is pleased to announce that Lois Mooney has been promoted to branch manager of the bank’s Johnson City Office.
As branch manager, Mooney will be responsible for branch sales, customer service and operations. Mooney has 13 years of retail banking experience and has been with NBT Bank for seven years, most recently serving as assistant branch manager of the bank’s Johnson City Office. Prior to that, she held the position of teller supervisor at the bank’s Endicott office. Before joining NBT Bank, she held supervisory positions with HSBC Bank and Citizens Bank in Binghamton.

A resident of Binghamton, Mooney has completed professional development courses at Broome Community College and serves as treasurer of the Parent Teachers Association at Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School.
