(JUNE 22, 2012) – NBT Bank Capital Region President David Krupski announced that Jenni Johnson-Bliven has been promoted to assistant vice president.Johnson-Bliven manages the NBT Bank of Guilderland and is responsible for branch sales, customer service and operations. “Jenni Johnson-Bliven has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance by providing extraordinary customer service,” Krupski said. “I want to congratulate her on her promotion and wish her continued success.” At it’s annual Leadership Conference held this past January, NBT Bank recognized Johnson-Bliven as Branch Manager of the Year for her overall achievement and performance in the areas of sales and service, leadership, community involvement and operational integrity. A resident of Guilderland, she has been with the bank since 1992. Previous positions at NBT Bank include serving as assistant branch manager of the Guilderland Office for nearly three years. Before this, she worked as a customer service representative and teller for the bank’s commercial and retail operations in Albany.
