NBT Bank Promotes Culver to Senior Vice President
NORWICH, N.Y. (November 3, 2011) – NBT Bank President of Retail Banking David Raven recently announced that Joseph Culver has been promoted to senior vice president and residential mortgage sales manager.
In this position, Culver is responsible for mortgage origination, underwriting, secondary mortgage marketing and retail sales operations for NBT Bank and its Pennstar Bank division in Pennsylvania.
Culver has more than 25 years of residential mortgage lending and sales experience. He joined NBT Bank in 2006 serving as residential mortgage sales manager. Before joining NBT Bank, he was regional sales manager for Ulster Savings Bank in Albany, where he oversaw mortgage sales in upstate New York and Connecticut. Prior to this, he was vice president and state sales manager for TD Banknorth Mortgage Group based in Falmouth, Maine. In this position, he directed mortgage sales in upstate New York and New Hampshire. “I congratulate Joe on this achievement.
