NORWICH, N.Y. (April4, 2013) - NBT Bank recently donated $110,000 to support Chenango United Way and the organization’s efforts to build partnerships and maximize resources to help improve the health, education and financial security of residents in Chenango County. The donation represents the combined contributions of NBT Bank employees and the company and is an increase of $5,000 from last year’s donation.
Here, NBT Bank’s Special Assets Supervisor Kathy Black and Springstone Portfolio Manager Joseph Skundrich, members of NBT Bank’s 2013 United Way employee campaign committee, present Chenango United Way Executive Director Elizabeth Monaco (center) with the donation. Skundrich said, “We are pleased to present Chenango United Way with this check on behalf of NBT Bank employees and the company to show our appreciation for the United Way and the many programs they support that improve the quality of life of our friends and neighbors in this community.”
