NBT Bank Announces New Member of Advisory Board

NORWICH, N.Y. (July 3, 2014) – NBT Bank President of Commercial Banking Jeffrey Levy announced that Antonio Civitella has joined the bank’s Capital Region Advisory Board.

“We are pleased to welcome Antonio to our advisory board,” Levy said. “His expertise and guidance as a business leader will be a valuable resource as NBT Bank expands on our strong foundation in the Capital Region.”

Antonio Civitella is President and CEO of Transfinder, a national leader in student transportation management systems and services based in Schenectady, New York.  Civitella began his career as a computer software intern with James Forth & Associates, a management-consulting firm. He successfully developed and launched the company’s flagship product Transfinder Pro a school bus routing, scheduling and planning software program. He purchased the company in December 2000 and became President and CEO. He changed the company’s name to Transfinder to reflect the focus on the products and services associated with pupil transportation. Mr. Civitella holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Siena College.
