NORWICH, NY (August 1, 2014) – NBT Bancorp Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer Shauna Hyle announces that Jeffrey Delepine was recently hired as senior vice president and chief compliance officer.In this position, Delepine is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the bank’s compliance risk management program. He earned his bachelor’s degree at San Jose State University in California and his credentials as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager through the American Bankers Association.
