Roger Clarkson is senior vice president and business development manager of financial services for NBT Financial Group. He oversees regional financial services market managers serving the investment and insurance needs of NBT Bank and Pennstar Bank customers in New York and Pennsylvania. He has been with NBT Financial Group and its predecessor, NBT Financial Services, since 2003. Clarkson has more than 35 years of experience in banking and financial services. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bates College and attended the New York Bankers Association’s Executive Development School. He holds industry-related securities registrations and insurance licenses (securities registrations are held with LPL Financial).
