As vice president and product manager, Doug oversees the design, development and implementation of retirement plan products for the large-plan segment. He develops business proposals and makes presentations to plan sponsors in regard to their retirement plans. Before joining NBT Financial Group in 2001, he supervised the compliance testing and reporting teams at State Street Retirement Services. He has over 18 years of experience in the area of retirement planning, including specialized knowledge in the administration of 401(k) plans. He is a graduate of Babson College and holds the Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designation.
