David has over 20 years of experience in trust and estate administration, trust tax preparation and fiduciary accounting. He is a graduate of Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and several industry programs offered through the New York Bankers Association. He oversees personal trust officers in New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont. The personal trust officers administer trusts under will, living trusts, estate settlement, charitable accounts (including trusts and private foundations), investment management accounts and custodial accounts.
